Our Story
Subzero was founded with a clear gap in mind. Singapore had no shortage of catering companies, event agencies and bar suppliers — but very few that treated the bar as a premium, carefully crafted experience in its own right. Most mobile bar services were transactional: send some staff, drop off some stock, collect everything afterwards.
We wanted to build something different. A bar service that approached every event with the same rigour and passion that a great restaurant applies to its food and beverage programme. One that invested in its people, its product knowledge and its relationships with clients.
